INFORMATION FOR PROPERTY OWNERS

If you have a property available for rent in Tuscany, you can list your property on this site.

You can include a detailed description of your property(s), and can upload photos to the web site which will be shown when visitors look at the property details.

Visitors to the site can contact you by email to enquiry about your property. Your email address is not shown on the web site, to protect your privacy.

If you would like your property or properties to be listed on the site, the first stage is to become a member of the site. Once you've done this, you can add the property details. You can update your property details at any time by logging into your account on the site using your user name and password .

Membership of the site is free for the first 3 months. At the end of the 3 months, we'll contact you to ask if you want to continue to list your property on the site. Thereafter there's a fee of £195 per property per year.
