• I'd like to list my property on the Self-Catering Accommodation in Tuscany web site. What do I have to do?

Your property can be listed in less than 30 minutes! The stages are as follows:

1. Assemble the information you have about your property (this will save you time later).
2. Become a member of the site by following the "Become a member" link. You will be asked to choose a user name and to enter your email address. We will then set up your account and send you a password and details of how to log onto your account.
3. You can then log into your account and set up your account details.
4. Once this is done, you can enter the details of your property(s).

• How much will it cost me?

For the first 3 months, it won't cost you anything. After 3 months, we'll get in touch to ask whether you would like to continue listing your property on the site. The fee is £195 per property per year.

• I haven't got an email address. Can I list my property?

We prefer you to have an email address but can arrange to list your property if you don't have one. Please get in touch using the contact page.

• What will you do with my email address? Will you pass my email address on to other organisations?

Certainly not! We will keep your email address confidential and will not pass it on to others. We reserve the right to contact you a few times a year with news about the site etc.

• How will people find your site?

• I already have a web site. Why should I list my property on Self-Catering Accommodation in Tuscany?

You'll probably find that your own site doesn't have a high search engine ranking. Also people tend to like to use sites where they can search for a property that meets their criteria and choose from a variety of properties. Why spend money on advertising your property? Let us do that for you.

• How easily can I update the details of my property?

Very easily. Log into the site and choose "modify property". You'll see a list of your properties. Choose the one you want to update, make the changes, and it's done.

• I'm worried about receiving spam email. Will this happen if I list my property?

You won't receive spam email as a result of listing your property. Enquirers contact you using a contact form. Your email address is held in our database, but is not made visible to enquirers. They only find out your email address if you choose to reply to their enquiry.

• Do you handle bookings?

No. Once an enquirer has made contact with you, it's up to you to handle the booking.
